"Great group. I hired them to add an approximately 300 square foot sun-room onto our home and we are very pleased with the end product. It has rapidly become the favorite room in the house. The workers were on the job promptly at 8:00 a.m. every morning and worked HARD all day long -- and they were just nice guys .. . regular folks. We had a couple of very minor issues that arose after the room was completed ... they came out and fixed those in a timely manner. I am happy enough with their work to have them back to remodel a bathroom later this year. I felt their pricing was reasonable ... it wasn't the cheapest, but was far from the highest among bids I got, and I got a good vibe from meeting Jeff Wilbanks, the owner. It turns out that good vibe was right on the mark. I am happy to write this review as I am a satisfied customer."

"Pablo is the best contractor I have ever hired in my life (age 67). He gave reasonable estimates in a extremely professional way. His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"

"I had a pretty grand vision for the remodel for my bathroom and my expectations were throughly exceeded. It was worth every penny and Nick was so professional and did such a good job educating me on the whole remodel process. It was very clear what every dollar spent on the project was going towards. I will absolutely be using them again for other remodel projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same for their home."
