"Our oven had an overheating problem. These guys contacted me quickly and we set up an appointment. Our technician determined the problem was a bad temperature sensor and fixed it without giving an estimate. I paid over $500. About 3 weeks later, the oven was overheating again. The same technician came out and quickly diagnosed a bad controller unit that would cost over $900 to fix. We told him we were going to just get a new oven. They still charged a $75 diagnostic fee. Not sure why he didn?t diagnose it the first time or give us an estimate. We basically spent $600 on an oven we now have to replace. "
