As a renter, not only did my service professional consult with my landlord- he also consulted with me. Upon arriving, the service professional surveyed both the interior and exterior of the property and reported his findings back to me. The information provided was clear and concise. Upon returning with the necessary supplies, he safely removed my toilet and examined/cleaned beneath it. Instead of just installing the new toilet, my service professional went deep enough to identify the main cause of my plumbing issues. After providing this analysis, he proceeded to install the new toilet and ensure that the water was flowing smoothly. "They were alright.  They were just really quick.  They ran around the house and looked at all the toilets, faucets and water fixtures.  They gave me a brief explanation of what they say as potential issues.  They tried to sell more service or product.  They ended selling us a garbage disposal unit.  It was expensive and the labor was as well.  I paid another $500 on top of the Big Deal to rebuild a toilet and install a new garbage disposal.  They just replaced the gasket on the toilet.  They replaced something on the water heater as well.  We had a few leaks after they left."
