"Great! They were courteous, clean, and we are completely satisfied with the work!"

"We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. Would highly recommend this company an will use them again for any future projects we have. Thanks Tim for sending Tom out we appreciate it. Thanks Gary & Kim"

"They painted the interior and exterior of our house, and was very cooperative in any comments or suggestions we had! I have already recommended their services to family and friends! Jose was very professional and workers were very dedicated!!!"

"Elite Stucco was great! Their price was very reasonable and they were very professional. They kept the job-site clean and got our repair done quickly. The quality of the work was excellent! Would highly recommend"

"Although the price seemed a little high for the scope of the project, it was well worth it in the end given the final appearance. The brickwork matched almost perfectly and is not noticeable. The employees were professional and performed the work in a timely manner."

"It went very well, the crew looked very nice clean cut. I must say first impressions mean a lot to me. The estimator was very profesional and well mannered. When the men showed up for work they were timely and efficient. There was no cursing or smoking which was a big plus in my book! The owner told me that all of the workers have been drug tested. Thats a nice thing to know. The work went very well they work hard for two days.  I feel like i got a good value.

"I paid for service including estimated amount of paint needed in advance to take advantage of a zero interest offer on my credit card. I was told at the time he had 2 houses in front of mine and would be working on mine within a few weeks. A few weeks go by and i hear nothing so i reach out to him asking for a schedule for the painting. No answers and after several attempts no response. I was ready to cancel the work but had already paid. I called my credit card agency and they suggested a send my request in writing. I then wrote angies list identifying my issue. That was helpful in that they were able to contact the painter and then he would promply call me. He finally finished the painting yesterday afternoon and was preparing to leave as i pulled in from work. I quickly surveyed the job and found two areas i was not satisfied with. He made excuses that it was due to my house something or other...bush in the way...weak wood and brushed it off. Had he offered to work on the spots to my satisfaction i would likely rate him higher but he was in a big hurry to leave. Not at all what i expected."

"Jeremiah was very professional from the outset. He broke his bid down to materials and labor and you pay for the materials yourself, so you know exactly what you are getting. His bid was 60% of competing bids. Even though Jeremiah's crew did an outstanding job and cleaned up afterward. I did not find 1 nail in the yard!"
