I was quickly contacted by Roof Right to set up and appointment and Randy came by to take a look and give me an estimate. He was courteous and professional, easy to talk to. "I paid $200 for a thorough cleaning and inspection of my fireplace . Didn’t know the ash box is not included in the cleaning . Ridiculous. It’s the nastiest part of the fireplace. They didn’t advise of this before the cleaning nor offered to clean it for an additional fee. Yes, I emailed asking why . Just that it wasn’t covered. Ripoff"
