"We are impressed. Ben was among the first to call me right after I submitted a job request. It was a small and yet urgent job, and Ben assured me not a problem. He was clear in his communication and didn't mind giving a rough estimate based upon my description along with a picture. We were set back by one day due to weather and he showed up promptly as promised when weather permitted, got the front porch done timely. I also liked how easy it was to make a payment even though I couldn't take time off from work while he finishes the work. Everything was done within a couple of hours. "I have had several projects completed by Jakob and his company since buying my home in 2017. From little jobs to big jobs, Jakob is the only person I will trust with my home projects. His crew is reliable and hardworking. Jakob is hands on about EVERYTHING. From material orders placed, to deliveries, to getting permits, to scheduling inspections, to coordinating his crew for different jobs….. I honestly don’t know how he keeps it all running so smoothly. He built us a BEAUTIFUL paver/deck patio a few years ago, and this year he built us a STUNNING covered porch/portico with paver walkway which matches the backyard aesthetic. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. "While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

"This team is extremely professional. I was very impressed on how much they care to do a good job. I have interviewed several companies to help me fix a roof leak since I had some bad experiences in the past. They had the most resanonable quote out of them all and excellent costumer service. They came to my house the time they said they were going to, and shared so many pictures of their progress through out the morning via their link; which I was very grateful for being usually is hard to know exactly what they did on the roof. I was able to see everything they did, and wow they did such a good job from the complete set up, removal of singles, replacement of plywood, and complete clean up before they left.
