Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. I was able to borrow samples without a timeline so I could see my choices in different light and time of day. Then, came installation. Let me say, Herin is a master tile installer. After offering a few suggestions and some decisions, he went to work. Herin is precise, immaculate and a very nice man! Every tiny piece of tile fits seamlessly and I love the result!
