"Was looking for a landscape company to renovate my rental property backyard and refurbish my pergola. After 3 failed attempts to meet at job sight either not showing up on a mutual agreed time and day or not returning calls after first contact, I started to think nobody wanted to work anymore. Until Sabrina at Innovative Outdoor Lighting & Audio contacted me and we set up appointment to meet at job sight. She was on time and took pictures, measurements, asked questions everything that the other landscaping companies didn’t do. In 24 hours she emailed me a quote. After I accepted quote on a Wednesday they started work on the following Monday and worked everyday until job was completed. Even my next door neighbor was impressed with the work and the politeness of the workers and is now planning on hiring Sabrina to do a backyard project. Save time/effort and just call Sabrina at Innovative Outdoor Lighting & Audio, highly recommended!"

They are busy so it took a while to schedule the work but once scheduled they showed up on time and completed the work. I am thrilled with all the new lights. I am very pleased and if/when I need electrical work will hire Hill Electric again. To complete the work Hill needed to cut a number of holes in walls and ceilings. I was worried about getting repairs but Todd Hill, owner, reassured me that he knew a drywall guy who can repair walls and recreate existing textures. He recommended Ruben Palafox who was very responsive and did a fantastic job. (See separate review of Palafox.) Great new lights and a solid recommendation on drywall. Thank you Hill Electric."

"Keith is the guy who you want to call for any electrical needs. He worked in my budget. The work he did was fantastic. I was really pleased with the increase in light in the hallways. He gave me a few tips on changing out some switches and electrical sockets. Keith said to call him if I had any trouble. I did have trouble and called him on two different occasions and he talked me through how to wire them correctly. Seriously, I have written about three reviews in my life and Keith at KBP Electric is the answer to your needs. <br />"

"Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations. Each one of them had something that caused us to move to the next one in our list and when we met with Eric, we felt that this is the right person for us and for our project. He was very respectful, hardworking and neat. We are proud that we selected this company from all the rest and because of our great experience, we highly recommend Sunshine builders and Eric including all the office staff that was involved in our house project."

"I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to install a motion light onto an older, rectangular junction box. After many trips to the hardware store, I finally threw in the towel and turned to Angie's List where I stumbled across Nick at The Electric Connection. Not only did he understand my issue right away, but within 5 minutes he emailed me a link to the part I needed and told me exactly how to install it. Free advice?!? Wow!!!! "Journey man electricians, no subcontractors, high standards for customer service. The Owner Josh will personally see to it that you are not just satisfied but happy with his companies work. Peace of Mind just finished installing battery backup for the Solar Panels they installed five years ago. I will not write the same things that most people have already written. There are plenty of people that sing praises regarding this business. Read those reviews and believe them! I will qualify myself by stating that I have a background teaching Vocational Education that has enabled me to do my own work during my life time. But, at my age I look for knowledgeable people that are quality oriented and honest. This is what you get at Peace of Mind Electrical and Solar. Since I have been hiring help, I want a Licensed Contractor. I am retired and have the time to research and vet who I hire. I am confident you will not find better in our area for all of your Electrical needs. No job to big or too small this company does it all. Respectfully Submitted, Micheal Please take the time to read this: THIS IS WHAT I WROTE FOR YELP FIVE YEARS AGO I believe that what readers of reviews want to hear first: I interviewed the three companies that you constantly hear on Southern California radio: two of the three reminded me of the old-time car salesmen. From Josh at Peace of Mind Electric, I got the best price with better panels. Several years ago, I watched his team install solar on the house just below mine. What I saw was a very professional group of young men that knew what needed to be done and did it. The job was 40 panels split between the house and patio roof. House roof panels were flat but the patio installation had to be angle-mounted in order to get the most from the sun. I was impressed and asked for a card. He said, "Call the boss last he will beat anyone." He was right--a better price with high-end Panasonic panels. If you want journeymen electricians that truly like working together, call Josh at Peace of Mind Electric. He can beat the others for two reasons; he keeps his profit margin lower in order to keep his crew busy and he isn't paying the thousands of dollars for the advertising you hear on the radio.
