They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
