"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"I had a shower remodel where I took out the standard tub and replaced it with a custom shower. It took a long time to get all of the materials in (5 months!) which is not the fault of Midtown. During the remodel, the installer came across a big problem with the shape and placement of my drain pipe where it would work ok with a tub, but not with the flat sides of a pure shower. It was thanks to his literal decades of experience in construction that he was able to find a way to mitigate it. He also did a great job of keeping me informed on progress, and kept the workplace as clean as he could. I'm sure glad I didn't try this myself!"
