"Susan and (later) Melissa were very encouraging and helpful with guiding me through ways to tackle small problems first and working around a room to separate things into groups.  I learned that part of my problem was the fact that I didn't have "places" for things to go and therefore couldn't find them when I needed them.  I was very embarrassed initially but Susan and Melissa took over to help put things in piles and directed me to decide what would stay and what would go.  I feel - without their help I would have never completed all the work that was accomplished.  I am so proud of the way my home has and is becoming organized.
