I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. "Totally reimagined the doggie dog for our 90 pound black lab. She is having problems getting through the door because her hind legs are getting very weak. He took entire door apart removed the glass panel at bottom moved the riser which was 9â high made a new riser only 2â high . My dog can now walk through the door with new longer magnetic flap without having to step over the riser . LIFE Changing for her. Joshua is coming out next week to power wash our back yard to make it look like new. He is a 5 star handyman, very knowledgeable AND affordable. We highly recommend him to do your projects."
