"The project went very well, especially considering the steep slope in out back yard where the fence was going.  The estimator came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and an availability that fit our schedule.  <br /> <br /> When the installation crew arrived, they got right to work removing the old fence without damaging the flower borders.  All posts were cemented in place and everything was checked so it was straight.  There were a couple of points of confusion between the estimators plans and the crew's understanding of the project - but they were very flexible and modified the design on the spot. <br /> <br /> <br />"

Fred came out to give us an estimate which we received, via email, describing the entire job including the materials he would be using and the treatments of the wood. Karen quickly scheduled our appointment, was on time and professional. She was knowledgeable about the quality of her product and fencing in general. She was willing to return for a second visit (on a Holiday weekend) to provide more information re matching fence colors with house color. Their bid was extremely fair--even after we decided on a fancy top for the two shared gates. Also important to us was their honesty--no hidden fees. We had to be out of town when they came to install the fencing and gates. We left our check with our neighbor and Good Neighbors was willing to work with us. We needed the fencing ASAP because our neighbor has a swimming pool and our yard is a corner yard, which made the openness of the pool very visible.
