"I paid for two air conditioning units to be serviced, including filter change. There was a problem with condenser fan motor on one unit. They quoted a price for the repair that was 50-88% more than it should have cost. I called someone else who was much more honest to complete the work. When the other company came out to see the unit that needed the repair, he reported to me that the filters this company allegedly changed were filthy and old. The only thing I can say in the company's defense is that they immediately refunded my money when I complained."
