"The response to my call was pretty good, especially since he was busy taking care of other business.  He came within a couple of hours and got right to work.  He ran a snake through the main cleanout to clear the drains, as I had multiple areas of backup and slow draining.  He ran a camera through the main line in the front to show me areas of concern.  My only complaint is that I told him as soon as he got there that the cleanout in the kitchen needed to be done.  I have lived here almost 40 years & periodically have a problem with the laundry trap in the garage overflowing, which is the beginning of a general backup.  It happens once a year, every year, so I pretty much know what needs to be done.  He told me it didn't need it, but once he had done the main cleanout & we ran water down the various areas, the drains were not draining right and the laundry was still overflowing.  Once he did the kitchen drain, it was all good.  In all fairness, he is the expert and I am not, but I do usually know the problem since it's one I've dealt with for many years.  In any case, Leslie was courteous and professional and, even though it was more work than he expected, he gave me a discount and did not charge me for the extra cleanout. <br />"
