"I have learned over the years if you want trees properly trimmed for looks and growth, hire a professional arborist. This is exactly what Kerry's Tree Service offers the customer. Mike Gallagher, arborist, came out, viewed my tree situation, then told me his recommendations and gave me an estimate within within 48 hours. after i talked to several other companies, I hired Kerry's with confidence the job would be done best if I used their services. I was correct. It took a crew of 5 men plus Mike Gallagher 4 hours to finish the job. They were professional all the way including final cleanup of my property at the end. "First of all, Ron is on it....he responds quickly and gets right to the point. He shows up when he says and delivers the job like no other. I have had many tree service providers, but none with the integrity and ethics like Ron and his crew. They arrived on time and began job right away. Because the front tree is close to my neighbors house, Ron and his crew made sure to cover their front window and protect the area. They also took down a portion of my Xmas lights to ensure that they would not get ruined. Sometimes when your get your trees cut, they look terrible, but not this time....The shape and consistency of branches is perfect and looks great. When they finished each section, they cleaned and removed ALL tree branches and leaves, the front and back were immaculate, my yards actually looked better than when my gardener comes. I was so impressed with the gentleman who worked out front. He put my Xmas lights back up and took such care to get them perfect, he even asked me to turn them on because he wanted to make sure that everything worked okay. We are so happy with the job done, we will always use Ron's services. He has a great crew that really takes pride in what they do.

"Nicole was very informative & reassuring on the phone.  I believed I had bees in my duplex's porch roof as I had had them once before many years ago.  I had seen them -- what seemed to be scouting out the roofline 2 wkends before on a sunny morning-- & although I had had bees before, I forgot about it -- until the following weekend when I saw them already coming & going and knew they were settling in, so I started calling around Monday morning.  I love bees (but can't have them in my roof) & I was concerned that they be removed & relocated, if possible.  That I had made these observations & called quickly was very helpful to Nicole -- and was able to give me a lot of bee information, and we booked for Friday morning 8 am so I would not have to be late to work. 
Steve was running a little late with the traffic.  Can't remember who called who 1st, but I got him off La Brea & on a side street so altho' he was a little late, I was able to get set him up & leave him to deal with it without being more then a few minutes late to work.
Although I gave a check to Steve I did have to remind Nicole to get me an invoice for my tax records.  I think she was having some email issues but I did get it about a week later.  Altho' Steve had mentioned seeing wasps, I didn't realize until I saw the billing description that I had had Wasps, not Bees !  Good thing I got BeeCatchers out here right away !

"First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.
