"Lazaro and his crew members, Fidel, William, and Issac, transformed our back yard from being a dirty and unpleasant hellscape where my wife and I never spent any time to being a beautiful and clean space where we can host parties, cookouts, and relax. The crew was extremely professional, organized, thoughtful, experienced, efficient, and communicative throughout the course of the project. I was quite impressed with their design and planning skills, extensive experience, and passion for their work. My wife and I own a small row house with a small back yard, which presented unique challenges to the crew: no back yard access except through neighbors’ properties. The crew handled this challenge well by being communicative and friendly with my neighbors and always cleaning up the space at the end of each working day. They always ensured that the fencing and hardscaping looked good from both sides of the property line, so that my neighbors were also happy! Another challenge was that an adjacent property is about 3 feet above grade and not pleasant to look at from our yard. Lazaro’s planning and vision for a beige brick half-wall, topped with wooden lattice flower boxes was a great finishing touch that provided a beautiful transition between the red brick paver patio and the elevated wooden fence to block the view of the adjacent property. The crew carefully planned their work from the beginning, so that there were no surprises at the end as the finishing touches were put on and the fence was erected. My wife and I are also confident that the money we spent on this work will be a great investment—not only for enjoying our new home, but also in the resale value some day in the future. "Instead of just lighting the driveway he designed the lighting plan, picking particular trees to light to illuminate an aesthetic path up to the house.  The result is wonderful!  The lights on the walkway to the and deck are carefully positioned and the entire effect is wonderful.  I plan to have him back to do lights in the backyard as well.

"LV Electrical folks were superb during our ceiling fan installation — up two flights of stairs to the top level, installed circuit box/support and fan — absolute minimum of drywall cutting AND in an area where it is not readily visible — great advice on where best to place the switch — arrived on time, took no-contact precautions throughout the work, finished in under two hours after a thorough cleanup. “Terrific” doesn’t come close to their work — we are most pleased and grateful for the professional work performed this morning. We highly recommend them -- and -- their quote was lower than others we contacted."

"Installed electronic door lock on front door (main entrance). Was able to adjust the latch into socket so it was operative and secure. Proved to be a good decision on my part (not DIY) because I would not have known what to do. Done in less than an hour, offered to do other repairs. Thought of the damage to wall, and he took care of it quickly.
