"Kings owner, Louis, is truly a friend to his clients. One day I was on a hunting trip on an island in Northern Michigan waiting for the ferry. The lake was rough, the ferry wasn't running, and I was afraid I wouldn't make it back to the mainland in time to catch my flight back home to Las Vegas. Then I got a call from the HOA; the fire department had broken down the door to a rental condo and taken away our tenant.
