He and his partner were careful in their consideration of our property, especially with maneuvering their 16 foot ladder in our stairway so as not to cause any damage to our walls. As it turned out, a week later another leak started in a different location that was under pavers. Again, he came right out and efficiently made the repair. The regular monthly team has been here twice so far and I am amazed at how quickly and neatly they trimmed all the shrubs and blew all the leaves out of the rocks and the patio, etc., in 25 minutes, where my previous landscaper took 2 - 3 hours and his results were not as good.
