"Brilliant. I could not be happier nor could my husband Chad. Within the 1st 5 minutes of meeting him before we decided to hire him. I was already like "He is the one to get this done, he knows his stuff". I did not see anyone else for estimates after. And he did not try to sell me on things we did not need which is a plus as well. Today the removal of that huge tree went so smoothly and fast. The stump grinding was excellent as well (he also did 3 extra small stumps for me). And now our back yard is clean and ready for us to do an add on the patio and artificial grass. We also hired Alex and his company to do the rock in our front yard. He is also installing an irrigation system. I can not wait for them to do that :) I know this is a long review, but we are thrilled with the work. And because we are so impressed we will never look elsewhere. This is the most professional and kind company I have ever been around. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. A truly fantastic job. Hire them and you will not regret it!!!"

"We had several false starts with other landscapers but Land View saw us through to the end.  We obtained their services through the use of Snap Fix.
Land View listened carefully to our ideas and offered some minor tweaking.  Whereas other landscapers seemed to focus on what they couldn't or wouldn't do, Land View had a "can do" approach to the project.  They created a fine drawing that we needed to submit to the HOA.  Our request was quickly approved by the HOA and work began shortly thereafter.
The work, which included installing irrigation, laying rock, planting trees and bushes, took only only day.
Owner Anne and Manager Mike were easy to work with.  They delivered as they promised.  No surprises.  I could not ask for more than that.
I can confidently recommend Land View and will use them in the future.

"Julio replied to my request and gave us a fair quote. His work was very nice and professional at all times! He stays very busy with many jobs so not always contacting before sendIng workers to house...patience is key word here! All work was done in timely manner and he even assisted with river rock in planter around back and side of our pool- they did in 45 minutes what would have taken us days to do with a 5 gallon bucket! I highly recommend JA Landscaping and will be contacting them to refinish our cool decking around pool in the near future"

"After searching different companies for blinds and shutters, I decided to go with Sunout - Solar, Blind and Shutter not only because they gave the best price, but because Peter was a pleasure to work with. Peter was not interested in only making a sale, but he wanted us to have the best product we could have for our house. Getting the quote was quick and easy. Peter completed everything we asked of him and he was quick and efficient in his response. Once our blinds and shutters came in, his installer gave us a call and we set up our appointment. Manny was professional and did a great job with the installation. "Overall, it went ok. The morning that I was to have my work done I didn't hear much and I had to initiate the contact. When the contract was signed we had a date, but no real time. Just "morning". Once I had heard I had a time frame and it was pretty on point. When they showed up, they immediately started cleaning up my front yard and working on the dead tree. As they were handling that, Kyle(?) and I went to Star Nursery to pick out rocks and plants. He was pretty helpful about which plants would be ideal for my backyard and the amount of sun it gets, as well as covering my wants for the look I was going for. Answered all of my questions and gave me ideas. When we returned, everyone was on lunch after cleaning up the front. They asked a few questions and then begun prepping the backyard for the rocks. After everything was done, I was pretty happy at first, until I started to notice a few things that annoyed me... I had found 3 broken solar flood lights that I use to light up my trees/bushes. Completely snapped off and one was missing entirely until I found MOST of it in the front yard in the rocks. After that I was on an egg hunt trying to find the others. As of right now, I was able to re-use one, but I am out 2 $40 Solar Flood lights that were not compensated for in the final price. The workers "had no idea" and I was given a "the sun is really **** ** these" excuse for snapping these. As much as I would agree that plastic takes a beating from the sun, these were fairly new and very sturdy. This was more or less just carelessness on the workers part. After more digging, I found a waterline by the dead tree was completely snapped at the top. These lines were older, but they weren't broken or snapped before the work had happened. Again, was given the sun excuse. It takes force to snap something, the sun alone just doesn't do that. Again, no compensation for the broken water line head. Lastly, I noticed my backyard patio "cool deck" has a fairly large chip in it. Probably from a tool being dropped or something of that sort. The patio is pretty sturdy, but a heavy pointed object would do this. This isn't easy to repair and it looks awful and has the potential to spread and chip more. As I was finalizing the payment, there were still weeds and some trash in the front yard. Nothing outrageous, but if I am paying someone to clean up my front yard I would expect to not see any trash/weeds at all. The owner was cordial and nice, but wasn't present for the work (nor is he expected to be really I suppose). I would consider hiring this company again, but not at the price that I was given before with the work provided. The quality of the work was good, but the carefulness of the workers is just something I wasn't pleased with. Also a little annoying there was no urge to replace/compensate for the broken/damage things. Just kind of shrugged off for the most part."
