"Randal showed up on time, measured the roof, and provided an quote for both a 20 year and a 30 year shingle.  We went with the 30 year shingle and the workers showed up about midday on the scheduled day and removed/replaced one field of the roof per day, for each of four days (the mornings were still on the cold side and the later start allowed to dew to dry).  The workers were careful not to remove more than they could replace before leaving for the day. The finished roof looks  great and we have not had any leaks.  The workers hauled off all the debris and ran a magnet around to pick up the loose nails. <br /> <br />"

After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,"

His report was very detailed which was great since we are out of state investors and were not present for the inspection. "First time job was done very well and all painters were very professional.  We selected a color from a little sampler which you couldn't tell what color it really was and when the job was finished the room looked pink, which wasn't going to work.  My wife was very unhappy about the way the color turned out so the owner was asked to repaint it and we would pay him and purchase our own paint.  He wasn't very happy but agreed to for a set amount.  The second crew had only one of the original painters with them and they did a much worse job by not covering the floor and so we had to clean up paint drippings, they left wide paint brush strokes next to trim on the walls and one of the workers used the bathroom and left it in a mess.  When we confronted the owner with our findings he became belligerent and said we didn't know what we were talking about and then stormed out the door.  We tried to find out what he was going to do to correct the problem and he would never answer our phone calls.  Later we went to the BBB he said he would talk with us about the problem but by that time we had our fair share of the nonsense so we have never settled the issue and to this date we refuse to deal with the owner again."
