"From start to finish it was a smooth process! I called on a Sunday, Derrick and his guys were at my house Monday morning. I didn't have to ask any questions because Derrick and David read my mind. I'm single so I was really afraid to even inquire but Derrick assured me he would hold my hand thru it all and he did just that!! "Wouldn’t recommend or rehire for services. Could never predict if/when installers would arrive, little project oversight on behalf of the company. After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."
