Futureproof with Tracers: Think ahead! Run those electrical and plumbing tracers for any future renovations. Thank your past self later! 4. Expert Ears are Golden Ears: Listen to your professionals! I needed a custom screen door installed by Thanksgiving and he was given a very small window to make this happen. These days, It’s rare to come across independent contractors that are responsive, punctual and deliver on their promises. Ryan is a rare find due to his incredible work ethic.
