"Zepco was responsive at first until we signed the contract. Once the contract was signed and a deposit was given, they basically don't respond back to you. We originally had a 3-4 week estimate of time between contract signed and fence being installed. It went several weeks past that. I contacted the town to see if our permits were all set and they were, despite what Sherry was reporting to me. Once she knew that I contacted the town and knew my permits were ready, miraculously they had our fence being installed the next day. They clearly were delayed on their end or forgot about us. Either way, it was unprofessional especially since I had to keep calling/emailing to even get a response from them about anything. The fence turned out nice, but it's not worth the headache to have to micromanage them. When it came time to pay them the full amount at the end, the owner called from his car, sitting on our street, to get my credit card information. Then he told me that he attached my paperwork to the fence. I was home, I could see him sitting in the car, I don't understand why he couldn't come get the information in person? Now, 6 months later one of our gates is not latching correctly, leaving it to not close. We have contacted them 4 times, two of which they actually responded saying they would come look at the gate and never did. I find this company to be very unprofessional and rude. They are unreliable and act like customers have no right to be upset when they don't show up or answer calls/emails."

"I have used Trap n Go (Mark) for a long time. He has removed critters, trapped them. He is very very observant and will notice everything That will be an issue. He checks everything thoroughly and shows pictures and gives me options. He also notices things that are not his area of focus like the AC duct was loose, dampness by the insulation. Great communication!!! Highly recommend him."
