"I own a property in Sheffield Woods, Wellington, FL, where Brilliant Roofing recently replaced the roof. Following their work, my unit?s skylight was not properly sealed, resulting in a new leak that never existed before. Despite multiple owners experiencing the same issue, Brilliant Roofing has denied responsibility without even inspecting the problem. Rather than addressing the defect, they risk facing legal action. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for your roofing needs."

The helped me out when a dead-beat roofer tore my old roof off, then ran off with the second distribution of funds without putting the new metal down. After telling my issue to Kelly, she had the crew over here that day to give me an estimate to finish off the job. They were prompt, on time, listened to any concerns and finished off the job better than I could of imagined. You canâ t go wrong with hiring Ryan Holmes Contracting, Inc., and I do not see the need to look for anyone else. Its hard-to-find solid help if you are not a local here in Florida, and I will be recommending them to any of my neighbors in the future that want to get their roof replaced.
