I received a written estimate within an hour of my quote, agreed to the work and then they told me they would be there later, but got there earlier!! Nobody wants to deal with insurance companies and roof inspectors, and may even miss out on getting a new roof when you are totally (and legally) eligible (you do pay your insurance premiums, for years, and storms have wrecked havoc on our properties all along the east coast) and we usually never get anything for it. Tom is a close friend and he and Elo owners are members of my local church. My experience with them from the moment I mentioned "I need help getting a new roof" was a seamless process of getting a beautiful new roof (and only paying my small deductible). They actually found much more damage than I realized and saved me a lot of frustration in my future. If you believe you might have room damage, or are not sure, just give Tom a call.
