"I work out of state so while I was out of town my wife began to have rat problems. She Googled The Ratman" and read the reviews which now I understand can be manipulated. They came out and said no problem! We guarantee our work and when we are done we will disinfect the attic. Long story short they never got rid of the rat problem. They even had us pay $500.00 to make sure there was no entry access through our plumbing pipes which they said this is probably where they are getting in, NO LEAKS just an additional $500.00 added to their over $2000.00 charge. They only thing they did was constantly come out and remove rats from the rat traps they set in the attic for my wife. They never disinfected the attic as promised, they did offer to refund us $300.00 because they admitted the rats were smater than they were, but when we called several times for the refund they never answered or returned our calls. "Upon the free estimate, Julian did a thorough inspection with photos and informed me of the current condition of the amount of insulation in the attic. He advised me of the procedures they would take to upgrade the amount of insulation that would be needed to bring the R-value to the recommended amount needed to a R-38 value. Julian arrived on time the day of installation, he and his team went up in the attic and put up several insulation depth measurement rulers and sprayed the entire attic with Attic Fresh, a deodorizer & disinfectant. They then blew in the fiberglass insulation to upgrade the amount of insulation to a depth for a R-38 value. They even vacuumed my garage floor cleaning any mess that was created. I highly recommend Julian and his company, Insulate My Attic. With-in a few hours, I actually noticed how much quieter it was in the house and also that my air conditioner was coming on one-third of the time as it did before Insulate My Attic arrived that day.
