"We were very happy with the work that was done and the house smells so much better! Alfredo and his helper kept everything very clean and were punctual. My only issue is that they used black screws on our white duct covers so I had to remove all those screws and replace with white ones. He did offer to come back and do it himself, but we had a time crunch to get house completed and on the market. Perhaps Alfredo will consider having two colors of screws to match the vent color."

"Michael arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was dressed professionally, and came in with a ladder, covers for the furniture, and a camera scope to take pictures of the inside of the ducts. I was thoroughly convinced that i had mold in my ducts, having been smelling it in the cabana. He was in and out of my scorching attic, removed several vents to scope, and spent approximately 30 to 45 minutes investigating. In the end, he cleaned up every speck of dust, and cleaned one of my vent covers. He advised that my ducts were all clean and clear, and did not need cleaning. He showed me pictures of the inside of my ductwork. He actually found the source of the mold, which was not in the A/C system, and brought it to my attention. How much did he charge for all of this? Zero. I gave him $20 for a tip, but wow... this is the most honest contractor I've ever seen. <br />"

Jeff has been in the business for over 14 years & he is extremely knowledgeable. The house & attic were very carefully prepared before the actual cleaning began and the cleanup was very thorough. "The first crew arrived on time and set up/cleaned up quickly. I discovered they did not use as much insulation as the estimate was calculated on. They were paid, however. Later, I was contacted by the owner, who had been made aware of the shortage. They happily sent a different crew, who added the needed insulation to make it right.
