"I had a unique project where I needed to get unknown layers of paint & sealant off my lanai floor, so that I could apply concrete stain. I spoke to a number of contractors prior to Curb Appeal, but I never felt like the others were a good fit. Dylan came out to see the job, and communicated what he thought was the best plan to get the job done. He recommended a combination of commercial paint stripper combined with pressure cleaning. Due to the uniqueness of the job and uncertainty of success he performed the work himself...versus assigning it to one of his staff. The project took two work sessions, but Dylan did an amazing job. In addition he charged me an a very fair hourly rate! I am very pleased with his work, and his communication throughout the process was key for me!"
