"I paid for new windows. The crew put them in backwards (water drains facing inside the house). They had to come back out and rip all the windows out, put them in correctly, and recaulk (not new windows). Several window sills were busted, not repaired. All the double windows trim buckled. Then, the caulk started to shrink, 6 windows broke (no contact from debris), and 2 windows won't lock (they do not line up right). I contacted Long Home several months ago. They sent out a contractor who investigated the issues. He concluded the windows were handled too much, and they would be replaced under warranty. Christina in the office promised to replace the windows, but nothing has happened. BEWARE. "

Their process was very thorough when going through all of the materials and options etc. Kirsty was amazing at talking with my mom who is the one that is getting the bathroom redone for her safety and comfortability. The entire process was very solid and thorough. Now we see how they do when carrying out the work. We are currently waiting on materials and permitting etc. So we can do before and after pictures afterwards. As well as provider review concerning the work itself."

For an estimate he came I explained to him the project I have water damage in my kitchen. He recommended. To demolition everything and redo the drywall cabinets countertops everything give me a decent price I was very happy my husband agreed he only took him a week and a half and my kitchen is now complete. I’m very happy when I cook highly recommended."
