"I was very pleased with Keith and his helper, both of which were very easy to talk with, explained each step of the process, they arrived as scheduled, did the job under quote, and did a truly professional job including clean up. Cleaning duct work is a tedious job when done correctly, took almost 5 hours. They started by covering up all the vents, then hooked the supply side of the air handler unit which is located in the garage to a huge vacuum, the next thing they did was start on the supply duct furthest from the air handler, checked the integrity of the duct work, then one by one removed the vent and in each supply duct was inserted a compressed air octopus tool that loosen the dirt and sent it on it's way to the vacuum in the garage. Then each supply vent was removed again, washed and reinstalled. Then Keith showed me the amount of dirt debris in the vacuum unit which was collected just from the supply vents. They then switched the vacuum unit over to the return side and starting again with the furthest return duct and one by one in each return vent was inserted a compressed air octopus tool that loosen the dirt and sent it on it's way to the vacuum, again afterwards each return vent was removed again, washed and reinstalled. Again Keith showed me the amount of dirt debris in the vacuum unit which was collected just from the return vents. After all the ducts were cleaned, they vacuumed the floors around the vent areas and as a final step they injected an anti bio treatment in the system that left the whole house smelling very pleasant and fresh. Folks even though I've explained all the steps, duct cleaning is not for amateurs. "His guys showed up early Friday morning to start the job. They unloaded the unit and got prepared to install it. The had a little modification to do to the closet to get the air handler to fit. The 3 guys worked all day, a full 8 hours to install the unit. Once everything was ready to go they fired up the unit to check how it was working. 30 minutes later you could tell the house was cooling down. They instructed me on how to use the digital thermostat before they left. They cleaned up the house and tidy up the area around the outside unit. Shook my hand and told me thanks for the business.
