Aluminum.  It's been up for a couple of years and so far everything still looks great.  It took about a week or week and a half once the process started to get the whole thing done.  The concrete pad had to cure before starting the enclosure.  They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up very well after the job was completed.  I would recommend them if you're looking for a similar structure.
