"Two old shower pulls were hard to work and one leaking profusely. Also, water heater not making lots of hot water and 12 years old. Asked for a flush and recommendation for replacement. Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"Todd Krause was the technician on our job and he was knowledgeable, efficient and experienced with repairing our tankless water heater. Would definitely use him again."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"Our water heater was leaking on Friday and Garrett Plumbing was good enough to come a 7 PM so we would not have to go without hot water all weekend."

"Caleb came out and did an assessment on our water heater, talked about what it would take to move it and also talked about a tankless what we heater. I was impressed with his promptness and overall professionalism. I believe his quote is good and when we’re ready to move forward it will be with him. I love that he didn’t pressure me at all and gave me good, solid options."

"completed the request for a plumber. Had a telephone response from owner, David within 5-10 minutes. Explained what we wanted, which was removal of an old Hot Water Heater and replacement with a new water heater. An appointment was scheduled for the next day at 11:30am. David called next day, Sunday morning, to confirm the appointment and stated he would be able to come earlier. Upon his arrival, he assessed the issue and recommended the brand, the size and provided an immediate estimate. David was more reasonable than any of the other five companies contacted, including Lowe's and Home Depot! This owner was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband is tougher on professionals than anyone out there. But, David won him over! You will not be disappointed with Day or Night Plumbing. We would definitely use David for any plumbing needs. We have used the professionals from Home Advisor several times and have not been disappointed to date. Good job David!"
