"Charlie is great!!! I had a dryer vent blockage and called The Chimney Sweep. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant, but said that Charlie would have to call me since he would be able to give me a more accurate price quote. Within two hours, maybe less, Charlie called me. I explained my problem and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Due to the nature of a clogged dryer vent, Charlie was able to squeeze me in within two days. The night before my appointment, Charlie called to let me know what time I could expect him. On the morning of the appointment, Charlie called to let me know that his first appointment had cancelled so he could come early. I gave him the go ahead and sure enough, Charlie was there within the time frame he quoted. Prior to starting the job, I asked Charlie if he could also clean my chimney. He gladly took on the job. Charlie was neat, professional and his prices were reasonable. He completed the job expeditiously and even gave me advice on changes I could make to my firebox.
