DSL called right away after I submitted my quote request on Angi, they were able to schedule an experienced technician, Dean, who arrived promptly on time with his assistant, his wife. They spent a good 1.5 hours just looking at everything, taking pictures and videos and consulting with the office to ensure we received the services we needed at the best price possible. They worked tirelessly to clean and sanitize every component of the system, for a total of 5 hours, from arrival at 3pm to end of job at 8pm. They explained what they were doing each step of the way. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. "They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."
