"Bert was fantastic to work with, particularly remotely.  He was good at communicating what was going with our project including sending pictures of the finished work.  There were a couple quality issues with the paint in certain places, and we had a miscommunication on the color of two rooms.  However, given that it was all done remotely, and Bert made it right after we discussed it, I'd happily recommend you talk to Bert for a quote.  His rates are very fair and he charged us by the hour.  Given the crazy winter weather this year and the fact that this is a vacation home, he proved his value once again when he brought a snow-blower in his truck and was able to make a path though the 8" of freshly fallen snow to our house in order to finish the job on time.
