"Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. Thank you Heartland team for great service and professionalism."

"The new roof looks great! I'm not sure anyone could have done it better."

"Mike and his crews were top-notch, executing this project flawlessly from beginning to end. The contract was signed on a Friday afternoon, and Mike was immediately on the phone ordering materials and setting up delivery for Monday, scheduling the project for Tuesday, with gutter install on Wednesday (in high winds). The crews operated like a well-oiled machine. We were replacing a very old, wood shake roof, and the job was completed in 8.5 hours, start to finish. Gutters were completed in an afternoon. We highly recommend ISP Roofing and Construction for any exterior project! You will not be disappointed, and customer service was excellent! Roof and gutters look great!"

"After that storm last year our home sustained significant hail damage that our insurance originally denied. I called Advanced Exteriors for a second opinion and Sean Tillotson came to our home to assess the damage. Not only was our roof damaged but we had gutter, paint, and windows damaged. Sean was able to resubmit everything back to insurance and everything got paid. They did an excellent job restoring our home. Thank you! I would highly recommend!"

"Dylan @ Bulldog Roofing handled all our needs with a very large metal roof for our warehouse. From day 1 to completion day we had constant communication with any/all needs for logistics as well as any questions regarding the project or navigating through the red tape of property insurance claim. We would highly recommend Bulldog Roofing to any of our family, friends or customers in the future!"

"Great experience contracting with R.D. Construction LLC for a replacement roof with 60 mil TPO Reinforced Membrane hot air welded together on a large mobile home and a new sidewalk. Skilled diligent workers, fast, coordinated and impressive attention to detail. Good cleanup. The owner, Ramon, was every bit a professional. Will refer this company and use again."

"Sami and Kristyn Itani, owners of Bumble Roofing in Colorado Springs and Monument Co, are a breath of fresh air! They have qualities hard to find in this day and age. The work ethics, honesty, moral standards and their sincere belief ?Customers come First? attitude, is refreshing and rare. They are a local, family-oriented business that truly cares about the work they are doing. Sami and Kristyn are amazing and ready to accommodate your every roofing need!"

"The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. I will update my review after the project is completed, but if the project itself reflects the experience I have had thus far there is no doubt I will still report a 5 star review. Thanks so much for your professionalism!"

"Chris was very friendly and walked me through every step of the process. I never dealt with a home owners insurance claim before, and he made sure I understood all my options and helped me navigate the insurance process. They did a great job repairing my roof and completed it quickly. The man I hired to paint my house who did not return to complete the job. When I told Chris this, he helped me find a reliable quality painter who finished painting my house. I 100% recommend roofcraft!"

"I reached out to S&R regarding a potential major renovation to a home. Jason was very honest and realistic and although we did not move forward with the project, I would happily use S&R's services once we find the right home. Thank you!"
