"They come once a year. They don't appear to have a standard checklist for what their technicians are suppose to do. Consequently, everyone does something different. In addition to that, they don't appear to have the appropriate training because they come up with various levels of conclusions. One guy might say everything is fine, another guy says you need a new air conditioner. Another guy says a new humidifier and a new filter. It's nice that they come and look at the furnace. I can get about as much out of it if I send them a picture. I had this done for about 10 times and that's what's occurred in over 10 visits. Some people re excellent. They do a wonderful job. Other people are clueless. They want his and they want that. The air conditioner is still running and that was two years ago. On the other hand because of that service contract, if there's any problem, I go to the top of the list for prioritization. I get an immediate response for anything I call in. For the most part, I think it's the labor, there's no cost on minor repairs. I pay them $28 a month. They come when you call them and they do a reasonable job."

"Woke up this morning (Saturday February 4, 2017) to a pool of water in my basement, turns out our water heater burst open. I was panicking wonder if I could find anyone at 8am, let alone on a weekend. When I called I spoke directly with the plumber/hvac guy and he informed me he was in the area. 10 minutes later he was at my home, checked my water heater, gave a great price, and we went forward. I called at 8am, by 10:15am I had a new water heater installed and filling with water. They turned a nightmare into a great experience. They also gave me information on a few other things as far as my HVAC system. These guys did a fantastic job and they also made it easy for us to continue our day as if it never happened. Great experience, great price, great service, great attitude. Awesome company, will be calling them for future upgrades."

"Spray foamed my attic. I have a thermal camera and before the spray foam about half my attic was leaking. After none of it is. Even around recessed lights and bathroom fans. I was worried about getting spray foam after hearing about smells from improper mixes and curing temps but I didnâ t have any of that. No smell after about a day. I think itâ s safe to say the crew at Orr knows whatâ s up."
