"First,, I received a very prompt response to my inquiry for service. Carlos then came out and gave me an extremely through overview of the entire project, not missing even the slightest detail. Every step was explained and every scenario which might incur additional expense was mentioned so there wouldn't be any surprises. As a result, the estimate was spot-on. The crew was courteous and professional throughout the job, which was completed start to finish in one day. I couldn't be more happy with the service and flexibility provided by Carlos and Shirley. I highly recommend their roofing services to anyone looking for the highest quality and value for their money."

"Just recently had my roof replaced by symmetry construction they do excellent work. Great price and great service!"

"It went well.  Provider was very prompt and professional in checking the roof.  I was surprised by the little amount of time they spent on the roof (about 15-20 minutes).  I thought it would take longer to perform all the tasks that were outlined in the description.

"The price was good and the quality of  the product seems to be in line with other roofers.  There were some good and bad aspects to this service.
First the good: The salesman told me about Angie's list and  the coupon available to members which saved me $250.00 (well worth the price of joining Angle's List).  The company was very punctual about returning messages, giving an estimate, and scheduling the job (refreshing!)  The crew was also very accommodating when I asked them if they could replace an outdoor floodlight for me on the upper corner of my house which is only accessible by a very tall ladder.
The negative aspects of their service were cigarette butts throughout my yard and lots of shingle debris (nails and asphalt) left in the rain gutters that came pouring out after a heavy rainstorm . These are the reasons I gave them a C rating in professionalism.  My next door neighbor was having her roof replaced on the same day by a different company.  Her provider tarped the house from gutter to ground keeping dust and debris out of the gutter and protecting her foundation plants...mine did not.  Lastly, the salesman told me I did not need to be home when the roof was being installed, but it was fortunate that I was because the crew needed me to turn off the electricity so they could remove the old roof fan.  Had I not been home, it would have been very dangerous for them to do that part of the job.  All in all, I think they did a good job.  The roof looks good and i expect it to hold up well for the next 25 years, but I would have been happier if they had put cigarette butts in a can and at least advised me about the mess in the rain gutter.

"We recently had AJ Window & Door install the Owens Corning Duration roofing system. It is beautiful. The staff, including the installation crew, were both professional and easy to work with. The installation went smoothly and the clean-up was done impeccably. I would highly recommend both this product and this contractor. L.M., Denver, PA"
