He explained the differences in carpet construction and materials and left some samples so that I could see them in different lighting and times of the day to help my decision-making. Once the decision was made, he quoted a reasonable price, including pad and installation. From the time I ordered, it took the 2-3 weeks for delivery, as predicted. Installers arrived promptly and completed the job perfectly. Phone calls to the office were answered by a real person (!) and all inquiries were answered. The floors look and feel great!"

"This was the first flooring store we went to in our search for replacement flooring for our guest bedroom. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but not pushy. We were shown a nice variety of products in our price range from the huge selection of flooring in their showroom. Many of their products are actually laid out on the floor so you can see what they will look like when put down.... it was very helpful! We chose a few styles that we liked and were given sample boards to take with us to see how they looked in our home. The salesperson said keep them as long as needed and that she would pick them up when we were done if that would be helpful. Once home, we selected a floor we liked and after calling in the name of the product were given an estimate for the floor and installation. We were so comfortable with our flooring choice, the way we were treated and how well this business was run we didn’t bother to check out other stores or prices so I cannot offer a price comparison opinion. We liked what we picked out and were very satisfied with our experience there so we just placed the order. An installation date was set up and our shopping was done. A few days before they were to come out, Taylor, a store manager, called to make sure we were still OK with the date we set up and ask if we had any questions, requests or concerns about the installation. He was very helpful, patient and professional. The installers arrived on time on the day promised and installed the floor. They were efficient, neat and skilled in their work. The floor is beautiful and we are very satisfied. Not much more I can say other than when we need more flooring, I will just head right back to them. Note: The first photo below shows the room before the new floor was installed. It was being dried out from a leaking pipe. The old water damaged flooring has been removed and only the cement floor remains. The second photo is of the new floor."
