"The first person who came out was really prompt and assisted me with getting our garage door secured after it got stuck half way broken due to a combination of old age (15+ years) and kids playing with it. "Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. When I went to the Home Depot to look at doors the customer service person said, installing door slabs are more complicated than you would imagine, you need to hire someone with experience, so I had trepidation hiring someone for this project. This said, I found Arthur who said he had a lot of experience with doors- and let me tell you he does. All 9 doors he changed out turned out great. He also painted them and attached new door hardware. He is very professional - he showed up exactly when he said he would.
