"Purchased a LARGE Cherry Blossom tree from Jones Nursery in Williamstown, NJ. Great selection, but they don't plant anything  so you need to do it yourself or hire someone. The ball on this tree had to weigh 500 lb. Called Jay's to help get to help get it across yard and into the hole. They scheduled me the next day (which was amazing). Office staff were also very friendly and communicative.

They were prompt, professional, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again. After the work was done I had a question about cost as it related to the service. Owner called right away and was polite and patient with my questions. We reached an agreement/understanding and that was it.

Overall, a very positive experience.
