When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. "I called late Friday and was given an appointment for the next morning! They replaced a few shingles, sealed a couple areas on the roof and did a complete inspection. I asked for an estimate to replace the roof and it was less than I expected, but was told it didn't need done now. The roof is well over 20 years old, but they said the repairs they made should get me through the next year or two. "The gentlemen from Superior Insulation discovered a missing piece of duct work that was causing air from the cold air return of our geothermal heating unit to be pulling air from the unconditioned attic space above our second floor bedrooms.  My husband installed the duct work.
They put blown in insulation above our family room, above our second floor bedrooms and on top of duct work inside knee walls running the length of the house and also did spray foam insulation around some small doors into knee walls.
The work done by Superior Insulation decreased our energy usage by 40%.

"PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March.
