"Raymond at RSM was FANTASTIC to work with! My garage door broke in the late afternoon, in such a way that I couldn't open or close it. As an older single woman living alone, I was so scared that if some kind of emergency happened I wouldn't be able to get my car out of the garage. I conveyed this to the many companies I contacted through Yelp and Thumbtack. With the exception of RSM, I got messages saying they couldn't come until the next day, giving me their standard message about the $99 cost of the visit, plus the cost if I chose to have them do the repair. ONLY Raymond responded by offering to come at 6pm, charging $89 -- which included the cost of the repair -- and acknowledged that this was probably an easy fix (which was pretty clear to me, as well). He showed up right on time, wore a mask and kept his distance, fixed the door in just a few minutes, completely oiled/lubricated all of the joints and tracks, and was completely thoughtful and helpful! I was SO relieved not to have to be left for the night without a working garage door. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Raymond and RSM -- you'll be very satisfied!"
