"First we had the patios stained.  Aaron arrived promptly with his crew.  The wood looked beautiful.  I plan to add pictures soon.  The wood was completely coated and we feel confident it will last for several years.  Once the patios were completed the house was painted.  We also have a stucco storage building separate from our home.  We asked Arron to pick up two sample colors.  He did not want to pick the color for us but he did advise which color he thought would look best with the trim color we chose.   We appreciated his advise because the job came out beautiful.  We noticed a spot that we thought needed attention.  He returned the next day and even though the issue was not included in the cost he took action with no charge.

"Mauer Sealing & Stripping heated existing filler in large cracks in our parking lot, installed backer rod, and then filled and sealed the cracks. They also sealed the entire parking lot surface and did the stripping. They followed through later in the winter to make sure any cracks that had reopened were resealed. This was done because of the extensive work done in repairing the large cracks. They also worked with me to resolve a miscommunication in regard to the follow up on those cracks. "Joe gave me an estimate we decided on what was far and he began the job, they found that some of the existing wall were week and were not supported by studs, so we worked out a price to get these wall an ceiling fixed they had a lot of that. once done we worked out a price to get closet doors hung and base trim along with framing windows, they did an excellent job.

"My original intent for purchasing the discounted coupon was to get a small section of walkway paved from my backyard to the alley gate. Jonathan from KTM came on site to do the estimate and we looked for some additional projects to supplement the work.  In addition to the added sidewalk section, I contracted for a half-moon bench to complement an existing bench near my fire pit. 
I took several weeks to review the proposal, then contacted KTM and submitted signed agreement.  They scheduled shortly after and were prompt on all calls they made in preparation for the work.  The concrete work was intended to be completed on a Friday, but delays from the concrete company pushed this back to Tuesday. Once the concrete arrived, however, work progressed smoothly and was completed.  They cleaned the site afterwards, leaving it in the same condition as found.  
Overall, I had a positive experience with the company and would recommend them and consider them again for other concrete needs.
