One of us has Lupus and get very sick from extreme heat like we have had recently. It was the same day as the West Fire in Alpine. Omar came out the next morning and gave us two options he could do right away, we made our choice and he did just that, got to work. Omar was very polite and showed concern for our situation. We will definitely use Carini and Omar in the future."

"First of all The Plumbers sent out Jesse and Todd to finish the work here, were very Professional and took care in not ruining the tile work of sink and were very good at cleaning up after themselves and was pleased they wore booties coming into the house. Jesse made it a point to get this problem fixed and taken care of promptly while still being very professional and explaining what he was going to do every step of the way. I purchased the deal for $89 for $200 of plumbing work and figured it would be enough. Well not really the old fixtures were very old and rusted, the u joint as well as other parts on the bottom were so old had to be replaced if I wanted new fixtures the initial price was 369 in minus the200, halfway through the project after a lot of work it turns out that the old fixtures were not standard at all and were a lot more narrow in diameter than american standard, so to accommodate I would have to either find the narrow diameter fixture or have a person trained in marble come and open up the hole..I said I would try to find the narrow size, if I couldn't find they could special order narrow size and place them in and I would pay for the fixtures. Ok after multiple days and specialty shops there was no narrow size available. So we went with option B and had the install their own brand Turns out was still to big to fit hole and with no sink I figured why not and had them grind down and take the risk so the new price including the fixtures was $769 including the $200 From deal so total was $969 pretty pricey, I am assuming I am paying 100 per fixture as I am using theirs. The Guys were Very professional and understanding regarding the size of the fixture holes. All in all if I had to do it over again I would have kept my original fixtures, maybe hired a handyman. But who knows how that would have turned out."

So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."

"I want to give Anderson Plumbing 5 stars as they deserve it! The sales rep was knowledgable and thorough. She spent the time to go over our options and answered all our questions- and I had a ton of questions. Even when they ran into an issue replacing our ancient unit, the team stood by their word. The technicians Blake and Christian that installed the HVAC system were amazing- I can't say enough good things about these two guys as they went above and beyond. They were professional, kind, patient and kept us informed all the way. Not to mention, they left the place spotless when they left. The reason I'm giving Anderson 4 stars is due to the lack of rebate options comparable to local competitors. The two other companies we were working with offered the TECH and TECH partner program where you can receive up to a $3k rebate. I wasn't aware of this program until after the fact and Anderson was up front so shame on me for not doing my research. I hope Anderson decides to join the rebate program as it's a great benefit for their customers."

"Contacted the vendor through the listing.  Had a time constraint and needed to get the worked done by the end of the year.  Vendor was extremely flexible and worked with me to get the installation scheduled to meet my needs.  Vendor even had a special on labor which they happily allowed me to use.  Electrician arrived on time and seemed professional but also seemed a bit new.  We discussed how I wanted the new wires run through the garage and judging from his responses I thought he understood what I wanted.  I left him to his work and went back into the house to take care of some things.  When I checked on him about an hour later he had run the wires across the bottom of the rafters rather than the path I had discussed.  As nicely as I could I explained that this was not what I wanted and he began to explain that he didn't have enough wire at that point to change the path and didn't seem to see what the problem was.  I explained that I could have done the quality of installation he did and that was why I hired an electrician to do it right.  At that point I started to get some attitude and decided I would let him complete the job and call the office after he left to share my concerns.  I talked with the office and they agreed to send him out again to correct the issue.  The same electrician came out a few days later to correct the problem.  Same guy, same lack of understanding, same quality of work.  .  He made some minor modifications but it was not the installation I wanted or expected from this highly rated vendor.  At this point I had other more pressing issues to attend to and just gave up.
Here is the thing.  I understand that this was a rush job.  I understand the vendor was doing his best to accommodate my needs.  for these things I applaud them.  What they didn't do is provide the quality they where known for and failed to listen to what I wanted even after explaining several time to the electrician doing the work and the office.  In this situation it's all about me.  If what I want is not what we discussed or what you quoted, tell me and let's discuss revised pricing.  Unless there is a good reason not to,  do what I want, the way I want it.  It's that simple.
