Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in Panama City, FL

"The roof looks pretty good. It took a couple of months to get the supplies - which is understandable in these times. I had stressed with the representative that my gutters were new, and "Charles" assured me that the workers would loosen them from the house and then re-attach them carefully. What they did was to nail the gutters back onto the house by using a nail gun and placing nails every 4" or so with no care as to whether or not the gutters were properly angled to run water into the downspouts! I got the gutters because I thought I could wait a couple of years before needing a roof replacement- but then I got a leak and had to hire a roofer. I chose one from Angi because they are great. They research their contractors and stand behind their work. So, unfortunately, I now have oil on my driveway where the the workers parked their leaky truck ("Charles said he would look into finding something that might clean that up.... but I never heard another word about it) and also a damaged ceiling in my outdoor utility from the pounding as they removed old shingles, so I have to repair those..... And, of course, I have to pay to have new gutters installed because the old /new ones were damaged so badly that they cannot be repaired. I contacted the G & G Roofing office and left my concerns with female who answered the phone, but did not receive a call back -Three times. I texted "Charles", but my text was not acknowledged. I could have overlooked the oil and the ceiling repair but the gutters are very expensive and were discussed on day one. How very frustrating!!"

"Bo Saunders had helped me with a small repair project on a metal roof, so I called him when I needed a new roof on our home. He is friendly and quick. I did end up getting two other prices which were very competitive, but decided on Quality Roofing at a slightly higher price due to their reputation and Bo's approach. My interaction with customer service before installation day went well. I needed to fill out some paperwork to get things started and to support the building permit. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Prior to material's delivery, I received a text message and an email letting me know when to expect the materials. There was some little supplier issue, so the day needed to be moved, but I received a phone call first to make sure it was not a problem. The delivery a day later was still a couple of days before the day the roof was to be replaced. On roof replacement day, the team arrived just when I expected them. They first brought the trailer which would be used to haul off the old roofing materials. Before parking it, they checked with me to make sure the location was good. Once the crew started they were very fast and efficient. While I was watching outside, one member of the team spoke to me to make sure I did not have any questions. Very polite young man. Our house is small, so there were easily able to finish in one day. They removed the coverings they had placed around the house to catch debris and cleaned up all little pieces of shingle and paper around the yard. They used a blower to blow off the decks. Overall, the clean up ended up being much more complete than I expected. Replacing a roof produces a lot of trash. They went above and beyond to return our yard to its previous condition, perhaps even cleaner. The roof itself looks great. We are very pleased with the color we selected, but the installation job is also excellent. They replaced the drip flashing around the house and it is nice and smooth with clean seams. I could not be more pleased with the services provided by Quality Roofing."

"I RECEIVED A FULL Metal Roof Replacement from Mr.Jesse came out and gave me a fair assessment of my roof and also fair pricing. Jesse has an extensive knowledge when it comes to roofing. "Actual roofing work well done but for Roofing Teamwork ethics need attention to get better rating. Roof work done during winter months with shorter days starts when warmer and makes for shorter work hours. Be ready to do self-tidy up around house after workers leave if not at a new building project. Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."

"David Keefe roofing far exceeded my expectations. Communication with David was easy and frequent. Very informative and provided information and wind mitigation upon completion. My roof needed several upgrades to maximize the insurance credits and David and his crew took care of all of them for me. Crew was very clean and efficient. They finished my roof in 2 1/2 days while dealing with afternoon rain storms. Kyle and Jason were great as well. What was quoted to me was the price of the roof. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend David Keefe Roofing."

"They did very well. They gave me quality work in a timely manner. Rich the roofer helped me with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them."
