"We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. "After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

"Jim was on-time, professional and friendly.  He looked at our subfloor and immediately told me that we did NOT have the serious problem two other contractors had claimed.  He stated the cause of the mold on the subfloor was due to carpet being installed in the bathroom, and 20 years of people getting in & out of the shower, which caused the moisture to create the mold.  He said we just needed to disinfect it and seal it (which we had already done the day before) again.  Jim checked the status of the subfloor and determined it was still strong.  He also went through all the facts against the diagnosis of the problem by the other contractors -- things we SHOULD see if we truly had a serious leak, and physically pointed out where we would see those problems. <br /> I **LOVE** an honest contractor who, by the nature of being professional, actually loses him business -- at least in the short term.  He saved us from potentially spending anywhere from $4,000 - $6,500 fixing a problem we didn't really have.  Should we ever have a real problem, I would not hesitate to call Moore Restoration as they proved their professionalism to me. <br />"
