Installation went well but some problem developed within months and I brought this to Mark’s attention. He confirmed my opinion and he researched the problem with the manufacturer. Subsequently he and his partner returned to the house and made repairs to the door at their own expense and the results look much better. He did advise that I recontact him if any further issues developed. He obviously takes pride in his work and his reputation. At no time did he ever question my concern.
