"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."

The handyman was very polite, asked good questions, was up front with costs, and performed the work I requested within the same afternoon. He even fixed the hot tub motor, which I had not been sure could be repaired. The charge was as quoted, I payed on the spot, and can now move on with other things. "The work performed by Premier Exteriors was extensive. This was a 25 x 12 composite covered deck. Jim and the crew are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredible at what they do. We went from a simple unusable 10 x 12 deck to a design that is more of a living space than a simple deck. The crew was great at communicating and completing based on our schedule. The only issue was that the weather didn't always cooperate and we did delay waiting on inspections. No-fault of Premier. May take a bit to get started due to their busy schedule, but that just shows that their services are sought after. Be patient and you will love your new addition."

Reliable Home Repair did an outstanding job in prepping and repairing all cracks in the walls and ceilings. I have a random and quot;swirland quot; pattern on my ceilings and he was able to match the swirl pattern perfectly so that the repairs blend in and are not noticable even with close inspection. I have used this company for deck repair and have previously submitted a outstanding review on that work and I will be having him back in the Spring to work on a project in my basement. <br />"
